We’ve all heard it before, and if you haven’t, here’s a valuable tip – the key to capturing authentic moments at a wedding is anticipation. If a photographer is reacting to something that is happening, then they already missed that moment. Beautiful interactions happen all throughout the wedding day, and if the photographer doesn’t have enough experience to anticipate and execute the capture, then, the couple will never know that it happened. The real tragedy with bad wedding photography is that the newly wed couple will not get the chance to see that their wedding was actually full of these genuine experiences that the photographer missed.
