Privacy is very important for our clients and we respect it highly.  It is also majority of our business – 60% of our work is non-usage, NDA, Buy-Outs for our ultra private clients.  Check our client list for privacy needs of our clients.  We are very careful about every photograph we handle.  Therefore; we are selective about which wedding clients we accept.

Here are options:

• Option1: Change contract as requested. Fee: $10,000.
• Option2: Photographer can use any photos without a person’s recognizable face (i.e. decor photos, back shots, environmental, etc).  With any recognizable face showing, the Photographer will use with written permission.  Fee: $7,500.
• Option3: For any photos including a person’s face, the Photographer will present 10 images for client approval.  Client may approve or reject any number of images.  For all rejected images, the photographer will present alternate images for approval.  This process will repeat until 10 photos are approved for use.  Fee $5,000,
• Option4: For any photos including a person’s face, the Photographer will present a set of images of Bride and Groom for approval.  Client to approve minimum 30% of the images within 60 days. Fee: $2,500.
• Option5: Please use acronyms (i.e. A&M).  No names will be mentioned, tagged, and used in anyway.  No fee.
