Holding Wedding Dates

Wedding dates are competitive and personal in nature, so complete booking is on a first-come basis.  A complete booking is a signed contract plus paid retainer fee.

Many of our planners and potential clients often ask us to “hold” a date.  We will do our best to do so, because we understand that a client is juggling a thousand different variables to make sure everything locks into place at once.  However, no hold is guaranteed.  Below are examples in which we will release the hold and book another client without notice.

  1. Past client inquiry (i.e. if sister of our past Bride wants to hire us)
  2. A serious inquiry for a celebrity or a destination wedding.
  3. Private event booking from one of our regular clientele (usually under 90 days)

Thank you and happy planning!
