Usually, we will photograph our Bride and Groom inside the ballroom before the guests enter. And then there are times when we can capture another magic moment in the ballroom later on in the evening. This can happen when clients have an after-party in another location and all the guests have left the reception room. In those instances, we’re happy to bring the Bride and Groom back into the reception room for a quick portrait in the evening light with the candle lit. You need to plan ahead for this to be able to alert the catering staff in advance so that they can assist in tidying up tables that are in field of view from the camera angle. Here’s Beth and Brendan among candle lights.
