The couple’s festivities begin with a stylish Welcome Party at Bar 1912, an intimate gem tucked in the heart of Beverly Hills. With its blend of sophistication and relaxed charm, this gathering sets the perfect tone for the weekend ahead, inviting guests to unwind and mingle in true LA fashion.

Glam up for bride

Alexa and her bridal party will then indulge in a glam session with the magic hands of Sylvia (hair) and Tammy (makeup). As laughter and excitement fill the room, the transformation will begin, leaving everyone glowing and picture-perfect. Later, the buzz continues as Alexa, Allen, and their closest loved ones come together to mix and mingle, building anticipation for the momentous day just around the corner.

The second day brings a touch of Hollywood glamour as Alexa and Allen, along with their closest family and friends, rehearse for the grand occasion. The rehearsal dinner will take place at the Sony Pictures Studios, blending cinematic history with personal celebration.

From 10:15 AM to 3:30 PM, the bridal party will indulge in another round of pampering, with Alexa enjoying a dedicated session from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. The afternoon’s rehearsal at the Crystal Garden ensures that every step and moment of the ceremony will be perfectly executed.

The Big Day: Alexa and Allen’s Wedding

After the ceremony, guests will gather in the Rodeo Ballroom & Foyer for a cocktail reception filled with live piano music by Matt Jorden and dazzling entertainment from magician Danny Magic. With passed hors d’oeuvres and laughter filling the air, the evening will transition seamlessly into the main celebration.

The Main Reception: A Night of Glamour and Joy

The grand Crystal Ballroom awaits guests for an unforgettable reception, beginning at 7:45 PM. The couple will make their grand entrance to “Signed, Sealed, Delivered” before sharing their first dance to “Your Song” by Elton John.

The evening’s festivities included a delicious dinner with the first course. Heartfelt toasts then followed from Alexa’s parents, Gail and Brian Boorstein, sharing their joy and love for the newlyweds.

Cake Cutting & Final Dance Party
